The Post Graduate Diploma in Theatre Arts with a specialization in Christian Drama is a comprehensive and immersive program designed for individuals with a passion for using theater as a means to convey Christian messages, values, themes and narratives. This program blends the art of theater with a deep understanding of Christian theology and storytelling, providing students with the knowledge and skills to create powerful and impactful Christian theatrical productions for global outreach and kingdom expansion.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must satisfy the Faculty of Humanities and University admission requirements to be considered for the Post Graduate Diploma in Theatre Arts (Christian Drama) program. The requirements include

  • A bachelor’s degree or HND in any field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND plus Diploma in Performing Arts Christian Drama from Mount Zion Institute in Affiliation with Ajayi Crowther University shall be an added advantage with special concession.
  • A written statement of purpose outlining your passion for drama . A well-written personal statement outlining your motivation, passion for Christian drama, and your commitment to Christian values. Explain why you are interested in this program and how it aligns with your personal and spiritual journey.
  • Letters of recommendation from your Church Pastor detailing your character, work ethic, and potential in the field of theatre arts, especially in the context of Christian drama.
  • An Official Transcript of Academic record from your degree awarding institution addressed to the Institute. See the Transcript Label Below.
  • Medical Certificate of fitness  to be obtained from the MZI Recommended Diagnostic Clinic upon admission. .
