The Mount Zion Institute of Christian Drama (MZICD) is a pioneering training centre established to equip believers with both spiritual depth and technical expertise for effective drama ministry. Founded in 1991 by Evangelist Mike Bamiloye, the Institute serves as the training arm of Mount Zion Faith Ministries and has been instrumental in raising a new generation of Christian dramatists, filmmakers, and media ministers committed to using drama as a tool for evangelism, discipleship, and cultural transformation.
In its commitment to academic excellence and ministerial impact, the Mount Zion Institute is affiliated with Redeemer’s University, Ede, enabling students to earn Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) degrees in Theatre Arts with a specialization in Christian Drama. This academic affiliation bridges ministry and academia, offering a unique opportunity for students to receive formal qualifications while being spiritually and creatively equipped for Christian media ministry.
