• FROZEN 12 X 6 OZ PORTIONS: Our fishermen and woman work together on small fishing boats, individually catching and handling each fish with true care. Then cleaned and frozen within minutes helping to preserve flavor and freshness.
• PREMIUM QUALITY: Our wild king salmon comes in 6oz boneless, skin-on portions making it the perfect quick and easy dinner. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight or in cold water for 30 minutes. We recommend searing the king salmon slightly first to lock in the moisture and then baking the fish to an internal temperature of 130 degrees.
